Kabbalah Sound Prayer with Shulamit.
The Kabbalah teaches us
the mysteries of creation and how we can use these
mysteries in order to live correctly, thereby
enriching our lives and truly connecting to God.
Shulamit's students, in addition to their academic inquiries, use their lives (sorrows, pains, joys, limitations and gifts) as part of their lesson plan, along with the power of Kabbalah
Sound Prayer.
Four
Things You Can Do Right Now
Bring the Power of Sound Prayer into Your Life: Let Sound Prayer guide you on your path; use it to awaken your higher soul and to influence all levels of existence. In so doing you will bring yourself inner peace, calm and clarity.
In Hebrew, the grammar of the verb "to pray" is reflexive, meaning it describes an action directed at oneself. This is recognition that, in its purest form, prayer is something we do "to ourselves." It is an attempt to raise ourselves to inner awareness and oneness with the Holy One. It is an act of pure longing to build a space within for God to dwell; it is a cry of the heart to serve as an offering to open the heavens.

to experience the sacred sounds yourself.
Cultivate compassion and loving kindness toward all living beings, including yourself, for you cannot love the Creator if you do not love the creation. Pay special attention to the Sound Prayer for compassion and practice it daily; this way you will soften harsh judgement and transform your relations toward yourself and others.
Pay Careful Attention to Your Behavior: Make a commitment to sweep clean the streets of your nature on a daily basis. This means being truthful to yourself and working slowly and steadily to rid yourself of self deception.
Remember that everything you do has an effect far beyond the ordinary. Abandon the worship of the false gods of status, money and power over others. Believe in the possibility of transformative change in yourself and those around you.
Work to Awaken Your Higher Soul: One of the most important teachings of Kabbalah is that in addition to our nefesh, or animal soul, which we share with all living creatures, each human being possesses a neshamah or higher soul.
Our higher soul can never be debased or corrupted and it knows everything we need to know about the universe and our place within it. It is a part of us literally touched by God, and it offers each of us the possibility of direct contact with the angelic world and the forces of creation. The joy to be found in the awakening of our higher soul is boundless. Let the practice of Sound Prayer lead you to an awakening of your higher soul.

"The experience of Sound Prayer teaches us that while our knowledge is finite our consciousness is limitless.... Our Sound Prayers send vibrations up the spinal column of all the worlds.... In this way we help bring our earthly world into alignment with the upper worlds as we attune to the rest of the universe. Sound Prayer promotes stability, integration, and peace in all the worlds by helping harmonize the many disparate forces within us and within the universe."
